Grandma loves to work with the land, but she will remember this day for the rest of her life, because she never thought that at the age of 60 she would earn herself a prison term. It was an ordinary day, the grandmother was loosening the soil on her land, when she suddenly found a jar of money. Grandma opened the jar, took the money for herself and threw the jar away.
Soon she was already standing in the courtroom and trying to justify herself. The grandmother was sued by a neighbor. The old man claimed that he had buried 3 cans, but since he and the grandmother had no fence between the gardens, he buried one of the cans on her territory by accident.
The grandmother did not admit her guilt: there were no other cans there, and there was no need to climb on her territory, so it was rather the grandfather’s fault. In any case, the court found her guilty of theft. She was to be sentenced to 7 years in prison, but given all the mitigating circumstances, the court decided to do with a fine.
