It so happened that I do not look like my father at all. He is a tall brunette, curly hair, dark brown eyes. And I look like my mother: blond hair, the same light eyebrows and eyelashes, almost invisible. My hair is straight; no matter how I tried to make curls, they did not hold at all. When I was born, my mother told me that my paternal grandmother just looked at me, turned away and left. And she did not help to nurse me at all. -“You’re already adults, you gave birth to a child yourself, you didn’t ask me, so now you bring up the child yourself. In fact, my mother and father did not expect that I would be born. They were twenty years old, they still wanted to walk and not think about anything, and then a child and such responsibility.
But when my sister was born, everything changed. My grandmother immediately recognized her as her little son: the same big dark eyes, curly hair. My grandmother immediately gave her diamond earrings in the first month of her life. And then all her childhood she spoiled her: bought her phones, laptops, expensive clothes, beautiful dolls. Every summer she took only her to the sea. The second maternal grandmother tried to pay the same amount of attention to each granddaughter. She invited both of them to her dacha in the summer, bought the same dresses and other gifts.
It turned out that the paternal grandmother became very ill, she had to write a will. And when she died, it turned out that she left her apartment only to the youngest, who was 15 years old at that time. She immediately moved to that apartment after school and started living alone. I had to work for a long time to get a mortgage and pay half my salary for it every month. Recently there was a grief: my second grandmother died. It turned out that she bequeathed her apartment to me and my sister equally. She was always fair, she said that she did not want to show that she loved someone more or less – it was wrong. But still it is a shame that as a result my sister has an apartment and half of this one, and I have only a few square meters.
