Young people loved adventures to the point of madness. Their interests and aspirations were important to them. They were not tied to anything in this life. The girl had a mother who did not say anything against the way her daughter lived. But when the young people turned 30, she demanded grandchildren. The young people, who treated everything as a challenge, agreed to try. Very soon they announced that they were expecting a child. And the mother cried and hugged them.
The future parents did not change their lifestyle: they still rode bicycles, participated in some races, went to the mountains or something else. Grandma was preparing for the birth of her grandson or granddaughter to the fullest! It was a great event for her: she knitted socks and blankets, bought clothes for the little one with her own money, thought about how she would come to him every day and always be there for him.
The girl was angry when she was not allowed to go to India in the seventh month of pregnancy. The husband still flew then and did not feel any remorse, and the wife, returning home, was angry with the airline, which limits her opportunities only because of pregnancy. At the same time, she did not care that her husband was not there. Soon the baby was born. He was so beautiful and sweet that it was impossible to pass by without kissing the handsome boy on the cheek. The girl did not want to breastfeed him.
She offered to find a nanny, but the grandmother took all the responsibilities and became a mother for the child: she bathed him, fed him and changed diapers. Every day she came to him and took care of him. She had nothing to do at home, and she did not work because she retired! All her time was taken over by the baby. A few months later, the child’s father decided to buy a house in Bangkok on the advice of friends.
He and his wife went there to look for a decent place to live. The baby stayed with his grandmother. The young people did not want to go back, and they promised to take the child when he turned 5 years old or more. A year later, the mother returned – all tanned, with shining eyes – sat with the child for a week and returned back to her beloved land. Is it hard for the grandmother? It must be! But she never complains and does everything she can for her grandson! That’s how she is – a loving and kind grandmother who replaced his mother!
