My neighbor is an elderly woman. But despite this, she tries to lead an active lifestyle. Before that, she was worried that her children and grandchildren were not interested in her, they were busy with their own affairs, a few times a year on holidays they only remember her and that’s all. But recently she met a man at a dance. They started dancing together, then going to hospitals. He invited her to the theater, to concerts. They started a very interesting life, and the woman forgot about her indifferent children. And last weekend she turned 75 years old, and her elderly husband decided to make a surprise.
He met the grandmother with a big bouquet of roses and then handed her tickets to the ballet. They went to lunch, before the ballet they decided to go to an expensive restaurant. Grandchildren and children remembered her only in the evening. They came to her without flowers and gifts, they could not even buy a cake. They began to call her, knock on the door, but no one opened. They did not even have a spare key. Then they got worried, immediately called an ambulance and the police.
They began to prepare for the worst, her daughter began to sob at the door and blame herself for not spending enough time with her mother. But then a black luxury car arrived and a happy woman got out. -“Mom, so you’re alive … and we thought you were already … -You can’t wait!” – shouted the grandmother and proudly entered the house with her companion. The daughter and other guests were not even aware of the personal life of the grandmother, for a long time they did not ask how she was doing. They were ashamed and went home. The next day the daughter with her children and other relatives came to her with gifts and cake.
