Living far away from my parents, I missed them terribly, I wanted to dive into my mother’s arms as soon as possible, so I bought a train ticket for the evening of the last working day. At night, I sleep like a baby: I don’t get up to go to the toilet, I don’t go for water, I don’t smoke, so I settled on the top tier of the side car. I thought that I will sleep, and in the morning I will be like a cucumber. But, apparently, I took a wrong turn somewhere. Boarding the carriage was in complete darkness. About 20 people were waiting to board. The poor conductor was checking the data for a very long time. I went in, found my seat. Everyone was in a fuss, looking for their seats, constantly going to the wrong place… I decided to sit under my shelf. As soon as I sat down, some old lady came to me and said: “Girl, do you have a seat?” – 60s. – I answered. – Then go up to your seat! This is my seat, do I have to stand here and wait until you can give me my seat?” – our grandmother said. I am generally a non-conflict person, I just tried to calm her down, saying that I would go to my room as soon as everyone found their places, and everything would calm down.
Then the grandmother went to bed, laid out all her things, bedded her grandson, who was next door, returned and ordered to close the curtain on the window. But no problem, they closed it, there was nothing to admire at night anyway. When finally the corridor was free, I wanted to wash my face before going to bed. You did not think that with such a dragonfly downstairs you can just go down and go about your business? I came down from the wrong side, I should have come down from the other side. I came back and immediately fell asleep, but not here! I woke up from screams at 3 am! The dissatisfied grandmother was talking to the conductor. She wanted to talk to the conductor, not to the conductor, otherwise she demanded to disembark her immediately without delay. All these shouts and scandals dragged on for an hour. It took me a lot of effort and time to try to understand what was going on. It turned out that the conductor was ordered to wake up one passenger at one station, and he mistakenly woke up the grandson of my fellow traveler, so she arranged this for them. By 6 o’clock she calmed down, lay down and fell asleep. Apparently, no one in our carriage got enough sleep, and we had to get ready to leave.
