I am an ordinary woman. Now I am a little more than 30 years old. I work in a local beauty salon. My life is similar to yours and it is not much different. I have never really had any adventures in love. If I dated men, I quickly realized how much I was wrong. A couple of years ago I found a man who was ideal for me. I had dreamed about it since I was young. I felt as if I would be happy with him and only I was sure of my future. I believed that with him I could build a good life. He, as it seemed to me, would not deceive me or drink alcohol, do any other terrible things.
I met him in a store. I could not get napkins from the top shelf, and he was able to help me. After that, of course, he decided not to leave right away. We started talking and felt mutual affection for each other. After that he took my phone number and even walked me home.
We continued to communicate through correspondence. I literally held the phone all night. I liked this acquaintance too much. The next morning he called me for a date in the park. He gave me a bouquet of flowers, and I felt happy. It had never happened before. Then he continued to give me different gifts and make surprises.
Two months later we decided to live together. I decided to move from a rented apartment to his two-room apartment. I could not believe that I finally found my happiness.
We started living with each other and I was very happy with this relationship. Six months later, I found out that he got me pregnant. I was as happy as I could be. He was not too happy about the news.
– It was time for us to get married. The child should have a mother and a father.
– What’s the hurry? We’ll have time. We just need to save up money and prepare for this event.
After that I calmed down and thought that we would get married a little later. He is always with me, so nothing will happen. My husband was at home only for a few days, and the rest of the time he was at work. We could easily live with each other, and I did not notice any negative things. One day I decided to take a walk while I was alone. On the way I sat down on a bench to rest. Suddenly I heard a little boy calling his father:
– Look how I learned!
– You’re doing great!
I immediately recognized my father’s voice. I interrupted my rest and looked where this voice was coming from. There, as it became clear, stood my husband and held the hand of another woman. Together with her he was waving to the child. I started to cry and could not move away from this state. It was in this depressed state that I went to the apartment where we lived.
So he works? No, he also lives with another family. That’s where he disappeared during all those days. How could I not have guessed and missed it? After he came to our house, I immediately threw a tantrum. That’s where the whole truth came out.
– You are so shameless, I can’t believe it! I’m pregnant and you hide the truth from me! How dare you?
– Why are you yelling at me like that? What’s the matter?
– Don’t play dumb. I saw you outside walking with another girl and calling for your son. You’ve been lying to me all this time.
– It’s true and I have another family. That’s why I didn’t want to marry you. I’m sorry.
That was the end of the story. As it seemed to me, the ideal man, just left and disappeared from my life. I decided to collect all the things I had in this apartment and go to my parents. They, in turn, were happy to have a granddaughter and helped me a lot during my pregnancy. I never saw him again.
