My math teacher lived in our house with her daughter. She gave birth to a child quite late and, as they say, to herself. The girl was sweet, modest, studied well. She was always neatly dressed, well-mannered and not at all like her peers. Her mother dreamed that her daughter would enter some prestigious university and build a great career. But recently I learned that a 16-year-old girl fell in love with a 25-year-old guy. She forgot about her studies, disobeyed her mother and decided to get married. She had never dated a guy before. It was her first husband.
It is a pity that her mother was not happy about it. She met the guy in a social network. A relationship began between them suspiciously quickly, and after 3 months he proposed marriage. He goes to their house and feels like a master. He tells about himself that he studied at a boarding school and came to the capital in search of a better life, but saw her and fell in love. Only after meeting this guy, she began to change for the worse: she began to be rude to her mother, to do everything in her own way, and demanded from her mother to sell their apartment and buy them a one-room apartment.
Of course, it was clear whose hands it was, because she could not think of it herself. The future son-in-law needed a roof over his head and a residence in the city center, and she followed him on the leash. She was not spoiled by male attention, so she did everything not to lose her chance. Then it was only worse, because the daughter gave an ultimatum: “either you change the apartment or I’m leaving home”. My teacher was a wise woman and stood her ground. And her daughter does not want to listen to anyone around. But I feel sorry for her mother: to raise and educate her, and in the end in old age not to get along with her only daughter.
