My relatives are waiting for me to leave this world. They are thinking of taking over my apartment, but I secured myself in advance

It so happens that in my 60s I live alone. I have no children and no husband. Although at one time I was married. When I was 25, I married a colleague of mine for love.

The marriage was ruined by my husband’s cheating. Within three months he brought his mistress into our apartment. I naturally could not tolerate it, I packed my things and went to my parents. Only two months after the divorce I found out that I was pregnant.

Frankly, I did not want to tell this news to my ex-husband. I did not communicate with him, I did not want to start. I decided that I would raise the child on my own. When I gave birth to my son, the doctors told me the bad news. – Your baby was born very weak, but that’s not all. He has an incurable disease. It will be a great joy if he lives to be 11-12 years old. – The doctor told me. I didn’t know what to do or where to go. I was raising my son, cherishing him every day, but I had only one thought in my mind that the child would leave this world.

My son lived to be 15 years old. It happened that my son and my father died a week apart. Lost two of my favorite people. Daddy left me his apartment, which was not only big, but was located in the center of the city. I lived alone all these years, I didn’t meet many men. I wanted to have a child, but I was afraid the scenario would repeat itself, so I didn’t take any chances. When I turned 45, I bought myself a laptop to communicate with my relatives and just read the news.

Relatives found out that I lived alone and began to come to me in turns. They brought gifts and presents. They often wondered if I had written my will, and when they found out I hadn’t, they started complaining about their financial situation. And some of them even threw dirt on other relatives in order to look better and more dignified in my eyes. I actually know who I’m going to leave my apartment to. I have a friend whose daughter always helps unselfishly. And my in-laws only want the apartment. Eventually I stopped communicating with them, but that didn’t stop them.

One day I called my cousin and brazenly asked if I was still alive, well, and about the apartment, of course, did not forget to specify. I was so offended that I blocked all my relatives from writing or calling me.
