A young married couple immediately liked the nursing staff.
They were very calm and intelligent, and in addition they were attentive to the doctors’ recommendations. The couple chose the room as well as the doctor in advance, after which they signed the contract. The husband brought his wife to give birth at the maternity hospital at the appointed time.
The woman had a weak labor. Everyone was sure that she would not go into labor before morning. Everything turned out that way. All that time his spouse did not leave his beloved one step at a time and supported and helped her in any way he could. He did not comment on the doctors’ actions and was very friendly.
During the last ultrasound scan two babies were clearly visible. The husband was looking forward to the birth of his babies. He was smiling sweetly at the medics the entire time. It was immediately obvious that the couple would become model parents. However, something went wrong.
The husband wanted to be present at the birth. He and his wife went through the first stage of the birth with flying colors. The baby was very cute and vocal. The father did not lose consciousness, but courageously cut the cord of his firstborn and then handed the baby to the doctor.
The time came for the second child to come into this world. At this point, God knows what began to happen. It seemed like we were all watching some American soap opera, but it was more than real…
After the birth of the second baby, his father fainted. And along with him half of the medical team nearly fainted. The medical personnel barely brought the young father to his senses. At that very moment the woman in labor began to scream that she had never cheated on her husband in her life. The girl looked very unhappy and frightened.
And there was a very logical explanation, since the child was born dark-skinned. How could it be so? No one could yet give an answer to this question!
After the husband regained consciousness, he began to assure his wife that he would never leave her and would raise both his and the other man’s children. The woman in labor just sobbed. As much as we tried to explain to the father that both babies were his, he didn’t believe it and kept asking why one of the babies was dark-skinned in such a case. But the medics couldn’t give him a coherent answer.
An hour later, the grandmother arrived and told the medical staff and the young parents a terrible family secret. She had concealed from everyone the fact that her father was dark-skinned, but she was lucky and was born with fair skin. The same thing happened to her daughter. But it was nature’s way of getting back at her grandchildren, and genetics showed itself in all its glory. It turns out that sometimes that happens!
