Where will this relationship take me?

I was very happy that I managed to pass my Reasoning Test with a perfect score. It opened up opportunities to go to university, to get out of my hometown. My whole family helped me as much as they could – my parents, sister, even my younger brother.

When I came to study, I was amazed and, you could say, shocked at the morals that reigned in the dormitory! I will not go into details, but I had to look for a rental apartment in the very first week. The family, of course, did not have any extra money, so I had to look for any part-time jobs. As a result, I didn’t have as much time and energy to study as I thought I would when I left. I did not go back home, because it seemed to me then as an admission of defeat and my own failure. In the end, after a few unsuccessful attempts, still found a good part-time job as a master of cosmetic procedures with a free schedule. Basically, I had to work at home with clients. Soon I got my own base and regular orders. In the process, somehow conversations and easy communication took place by themselves. Some shared with me all sorts of personal problems, we communicated almost as friends and during treatment and even afterwards.

Among them was her – I will call her Lisa. Once she ordered a full complex for her some personal holiday, not a birthday, but something equally important for her. After the procedures, it turned out that she was not expecting anyone to visit, and invited me to celebrate with her alone. I even felt sorry for her and agreed, especially since we had sometimes talked at length before. It was like that time too, we sat, drank wine, talked a lot. Then she put on some music and we danced. At the end she confessed that she had a crush on me, and that she liked me. So I stayed overnight at her place that night.

Then we started a relationship. I went to live with her. At first I kept working, I gave up my studies. Then, because of Lisa’s suspicions and jealousy I gave up my job. She helps me in everything, supports me. It would seem that all is well, but it’s been four years. My older sister is married and has a child, my younger brother used to bring a girl home to meet her. And I, when I come to visit my parents, lie that I continue to study, sit at the table in the circle of our large and once friendly family and realize that this relationship with Lisa does not lead anywhere.

I have no education, no husband, no child, no job, I live in someone else’s apartment and don’t know what to do next.
